Retaliation

It is unlawful for an employer to retaliate against an employee for engaging in a protected activity. Have you ever complained to your employer about unsafe working conditions, discrimination, or not being paid what you earned? If your employer retaliated against you for making the complaint you may have a case. Even if a court does not find that the underlying employment claim is valid a court may still find the employer liable for Retaliation. Note that the examples above are only several forms of retaliation.

If you believe you are a victim of retaliation and would like to discuss your case with a lawyer, contact Kevin M.
